Refund and Cancelation Policy:
We understand life can be unpredictable and things come up. We ask for a 7-day notice before trips for a cancelation to help us plan accordingly, but we will work with you depending on the severity of the emergency. As for weather cancelations, your safety is our top priority. Some of the best fishing can be in overcast or light rain conditions, but if it is too severe, we will find a time to reschedule. If you are unable to reschedule to a different date and are within the 7-day notice period of cancelation, a full refund may be given. If you are unable to reschedule to a different date and are not within the 7-day notice period of cancelation, a refund minus the $150 deposit may be given. Full refunds may be given in the event of a guide cancelation if you are unable to reschedule.
Terms and Conditions/ Privacy Policy:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in above “Refund and Cancelation Policy”. All pricing and trip information is stated on “Book Here” page. All shipping/delivery done through online (website, emails, etc.). We collect your name, email and payment to process trip information and will never sell your data. All clients are expected to complete the “Hooked in AZ Liability Wavier and Release Form”, have an up-to-date Arizona fishing license for the dates of trip and payment processed prior to your trip. All other trip information will be given to you by your guide prior to your trip.
